Joshua Goodnight is the co-founder of The Woodlands Property Tax Group and a Senior Property Tax Consultant specializing in commercial property and business personal property valuation appeals. He began his career in the early 2000s working inside Texas appraisal districts, where he gained firsthand experience valuing residential and commercial property. Joshua earned his Texas Real Estate License and Texas Property Tax Consultant License in 2013 and has represented property owners across Texas since that time. Today he oversees the firm’s commercial consulting division and client portfolios, representing properties across multiple counties throughout Texas.

She brings more than two decades of experience in sales, operations, and customer service and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s client-focused service model. Paige oversees both the residential consulting and customer service departments, ensuring homeowners receive organized, responsive, and professional representation throughout the property tax protest process.
